VehicleDocTrack ("we", "our", or "us") built the VehicleDocTrack / My Vehicles Reminder app as a Freemium app with Premium upgrade options. This SERVICE is provided by VehicleDocTrack at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our application integrates the following third-party dependencies which have their own Privacy Policies:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, and entitlement management for our Pro features. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the app for free users. Privacy Policy

3. Local Storage and Data

We believe in complete transparency and data ownership. All your vehicle data and documents are stored locally on your device using local databases (e.g., Hive/Shared Preferences). We do not upload, sync, or share your personal vehicle documents or data with any of our cloud servers.

4. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
