By downloading or using the VehicleDocTrack / My Vehicles Reminder app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
1. Use of the App
VehicleDocTrack is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
2. App Subscriptions & Pro Version
VehicleDocTrack offers a Pro version providing an ad-free experience. These purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via RevenueCat and the respective App Store (Google Play). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of service of the payment processors.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment for the lifetime of the application on the respective platform.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time upon reasonable notice.
3. User Data and Security
The VehicleDocTrack app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could compromise your phone’s security features and mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VehicleDocTrack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or accuracy of the app's notification system. While the app is designed to remind you about expiring documents, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your vehicle documents (Insurance, PUC, License, etc.) are valid and renewed on time. We are not liable for any fines, damages, or legal consequences resulting from expired documents.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
